We use an online project management facility where you can view progress of your website build, and provide information we need to build your website. This way, everyone knows how things are progressing, and what is required next to further progress.

Absolutely no. You retain full control of your domain name - don't trust any web designer who asks that you transfer the domain to them. This way, you can move your website without any problems. You have full control.

Our prices are low because we do not inflate prices. We are able to build websites quickly because we are experienced in doing so. Our prices reflect the number of hours it typically takes us to build the website. If you require any further 'Add-Ons' for your site that are not included by default, we charge the cost price of buying that 'Add-On' + £20 for installing and configuring the 'Add-On' for you.

We start from a base design that you choose and then personalise it to fit your needs - so yes, your website will be bespoke. The base design we start from uses a platform called YooTheme Pro.
